Heels dance involves both an in-depth study of posture and walking on stilettos, as well as learning choreographic sequences that can vary based on musical choice, style, and the choreographer's background. Certainly, fast and dynamic movements, floor work, and technical elements such as pirouettes, splits, and jumps cannot be missing. The lessons, especially in basic courses, begin with an appropriate warm-up, performed strictly without heels. Then, various types of walking on stilettos are performed to improve posture and a series of technical exercises to learn how to manage balance, dynamism, and the use of heels. In the last section of the lesson, a choreographic sequence is explained to train the body and memory to rapid movements combined with technique and expressiveness, all in connection with the selected musical track. This discipline is an art form that allows one to fully and freely express their sensuality and elegance.
